Rwandan telecom market has continued to develop strongly, buttressed by the sustained GDP growth that has been able to see country develop among the fastest expanding economies globally. Supported by the significant foreign aid, the growth has been aided by the prudent fiscal and the monetary policies that have created the business-friendly environment conducive to the investment. Nevertheless, poverty remains to be widespread.
