The economic prosperity of the Bosnia-Herzegovina has largely rested with the country’s continuous efforts to integrate with the European Union. The GDP growth has been able to recover from slow down seen in the wake of GFC in the year 2008 and the year 200, though the development has been inconsistent until the year 2015, since when the economy had grown at over 3% annually. Other than the slight dip in the year 2017, the growth for the year 2018, has been expected that it is going to be 3.2%.There remain huge significant challenges, not least of which is the high unemployment rate that has continued to hider the country’s economic growth potential. Telecom market has been liberalized and the regulatory framework which has been created based on the European Union’s regulatory framework for the communications.
